Description and combinations
Color: yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: intense and delicate, with pleasant and fine floral hints of orange blossom, which blend with strong notes of white peach, citrus and tropical fruit.
Taste: fresh, soft, very pleasant on the palate due to its balanced acidity and long, mineral and decidedly savory finish.
Ideal serving temperature: 10°C.
Storage method: cool, dry environment, preferably in the dark.
Food pairing: excellent with fish and shellfish dishes, it also pairs very well with fresh, short-aged cheeses and grilled vegetables.
Glass type: medium-sized glass in the shape of a slender tulip closed slightly upwards to allow a harmonious concentration of the aromas.
